About The Position
Our Austin and San Antonio, TX offices seek a Transportation Planning/GIS Intern for Summer 2026. Relocation and housing are not provided for this position. This opportunity entails being under close supervision, assisting departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology, GIS and/or CAD tasks. This position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
Nice To Haves
- Completion of two years of postsecondary education in applicable field
Responsibilities
- Assists project team members with various support tasks.
- Conducts basic research and data collection.
- Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
- Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
- Performs other duties assigned.
