About The Position

We are hiring immediately for full time TRASH TECHNICIAN positions. Location: Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis - 5959 Park Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview. Requirements: No prior experience is required. Willing to train! Requirements

Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
