Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc. (SAMGI) is seeking one full-time Trauma Medical Director (TMD) to lead the Trauma & Acute Care Surgery program at Los Robles Regional Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center in Thousand Oaks, California. The Trauma Medical Director will provide both clinical leadership and program oversight, working collaboratively with hospital administration, trauma program management, and surgical staff to maintain a high-performing trauma service. This role includes active clinical practice in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, while ensuring compliance with trauma center standards, quality improvement initiatives, and physician leadership within the program. This is a high-acuity clinical environment supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a Surgery Residency Program, with strong multidisciplinary collaboration and a commitment to trauma program excellence.
