About The Position
We’re hiring Travel Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who: Likes flexible assignments Is comfortable traveling between locations Wants meaningful, relationship-based work Enjoys working independently As a Travel DSP, you will: Support people in building daily living skills Assist with community outings and activities Provide caregiver relief Encourage independence and social engagement Safely transport people to appointments and activities Complete simple electronic documentation after each shift Every day is different-you’ll help people reach personal goals and participate fully in their communities .
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for documentation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
