About The Position

Jo. W Staffing Solutions is a Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 19-week travel assignment at a major academic medical center in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient imaging services with a strong focus on PET/CT studies. This position offers a steady weekday schedule with required flexibility in start times. The technologist will support a high-volume PET/CT program primarily serving oncology patients, with additional brain and cardiac imaging. Schedule & Shift Details: • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Shift length: 8-hour shifts • Start times vary between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM (flexibility required) • One evening shift per month required • One Saturday per month required • Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks Assignment Details: • Contract length: 19 weeks • Start date: 03/09/2026 • Estimated daily caseload: approximately 33 PET/CT scans • Imaging focus: Whole-body FDG PET/CT, Brain PET, limited Cardiac PET, Neuroendocrine imaging • Equipment: Siemens PET/CT scanners (2 units) Compensation: • W2 Hourly Rate: $44/ hr • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1477 • Gross Weekly Pay: $3237 This role supports both clinic and hospital-based imaging environments and requires comfort working with oncology-focused patient populations. Requirements

  • Active ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification
  • Active BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience
  • PET/CT experience required
  • Experience with IV starts and PACS
  • Ability to work flexible start times
  • Ability to work one evening shift and one Saturday per month
  • Ability to meet Ohio fingerprinting and compliance deadlines
