Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Med Surg RN in this assignment, you’ll provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs and laboratory results, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wound care and drains, and respond to patient changes with swift, well-coordinated interventions.
