Responsibilities

• Monitoring respiratory status, ventilator management, and stabilization protocols for fragile infants.
• Delivering advanced infant care, including IV therapies, medication titration, thermoregulation, feeding support, and infection control.
• Collaborating with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and discharge planners to develop individualized care plans.
