ROLE SPECIFICS AND BENEFITS As an RRT on this travel assignment, you’ll perform comprehensive respiratory care for patients with COPD, asthma, post-surgical ventilation needs, pneumonia, and other critical conditions. Core duties include ventilator management, noninvasive ventilation with NIV/CPAP, airway clearance techniques, aerosolized medication administration, ABG collection and interpretation, and monitoring of response to therapy. You’ll adjust therapy plans based on physician orders and patient progress, participate in daily rounds, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.
