About The Position

Superintendent manages day-to-day operations and personnel on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key duties include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities and subcontractors, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, conducting quality control inspections, managing labor and material supplies, and communicating project progress to the team.

Requirements

• 10 years construction supervision experience
• Must have the ability to relocate for 12 - 18 month periods

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years medical construction supervision experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervising Construction Activities
• Coordinate Subcontractors
• Direct Work Crews
• Enforce Safety Protocols and collaborate with the Safety Director
• Conduct Quality Inspections and collaboration with the Quality Manager
• Track Project Progress
• Maintain Records required city, county, utility authorities and company requirements
• Verify dimensional control
• Monitor work for compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Learn and use different software and apps
• Manage Resources
• Budget Adherence
• Resolve Issues
• Collaborate and communicate with the project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address and resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Work with the Project Managers and General Superintendent during the pre-construction phase.
