About The Position

Enchanted Fairies is a fine art children's portrait studio with locations across the country, and we've donated millions to children's charities along the way. We're hiring a Launcher & Studio Floater to travel nationwide, support our studios, and make sure every single family who walks through our doors walks away with something they'll treasure forever. What will your weeks actually look like? Honestly? It depends. Some weeks you're helping open a brand new studio and getting the team grounded in our standards before their first guest ever arrives. Other weeks you're stepping into a location that needs some extra support covering a gap, steadying things, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be coaching teams in real time, keeping sets looking their best, and working hand in hand with our Operations and Experience Concierge teams to protect the experience we've built our reputation on. No two weeks are the same. If that excites you, good it should. This one's for you if... You've had a job where the road was the job: field ops, traveling trainer, multi-site support, retail rollouts, whatever it looked like and honestly, you kind of miss it when you're stuck in one place too long You've worked with kids and families in a real, professional way (schools, camps, childcare, youth programs, pediatric settings) and it's work you genuinely care about, not just something on your resume You're the person who walks into a room full of strangers, finds the right vibe, and has everyone trusting you by the end of the day When things go sideways and sometimes they do you're already problem-solving before anyone else has even panicked Slack, Google Suite, and figuring out tech on the fly are no big deal for you
Requirements
- A real track record in a travel-heavy or field-based role
- Meaningful professional experience with children and families
- Strong communicator who can read a room and adjust on the fly
- Cool under pressure and high ownership
Nice To Haves
- Photography, studio, or visual arts experience
- A coaching or mentoring background
- Launch or rollout experience
