About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Finance team ensuring the financing and treasury needs are met to support the company's operations. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with equipment financing, revolver activities, implementing new products, and assisting with the cash forecasting process. This is a 100% remote, full time position working Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements

High School Diploma, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable finance, accounting, or treasury experience
One (1) year experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
Some travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is required
Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company car or personal car)

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in business administration (MBA)
Three (3) years' experience in treasury management and/or banking

Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Cash Management
Direct and support day-to-day treasury operations
Control the daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity needs and analyze future cash positions.
Support the maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/treasury systems
Maintain all treasury procedures and operational documentation
Ensure proper financial controls are followed within treasury operations
Supports the cash forecasting process (short and long-term)
Provide periodic forecasts based on historical data, current business plans, and strategies
Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
Financing & Banking Relationships
Assist in arranging short and long-term financing, including leasing and off-balance-sheet structures
Prepare and analyze equipment financing options and presents recommendations
Review lease and financing documentation
Work with existing tracking and forecasting models while identifying and recommending areas for improvement
Partner with equipment financing partners to ensure streamline processes from project inception to completion
Maintains corporate relationships with commercial banks
Evaluate and support implementations of new banking products and services
Assist in the measuring and reporting compliance for bank covenants
Projects, Strategic Support & Service Excellence
Manage treasury related projects and implementations of new products or systems as assigned
Support cross-functional treasury initiatives aligned with company strategy
Other Duties and Projects as Assigned
Performs additional responsibilities as required to support Treasury and organizational objectives.
