About The Position

The Treasury Coordinator supports the Group Treasury team by maintaining accurate data, contributing to team projects and delivering periodic reporting, and facilitating requests from internal and external partners in a timely manner. The coordinator will have access to Aristocrat’s banking platforms and confidential financial data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of corporate treasury, banking, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong proficiency with writing and speaking in English.
  • Confidence in communicating with executive level leaders with outstanding interpersonal communication.
  • Strong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented, accuracy is essential.
  • Effective at planning and priority setting, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with various groups across the business including senior leadership teams.
  • This position mainly involves working US hours Monday through Friday. However, flexibility is needed to connect with colleagues and clients across various global time zones.

  • Exposure to Treasury Management Systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Own banking administration including account openings/closings, KYC, due diligence requests, user access, signer changes, etc.
  • Assist with preparing account schematics and pulling account statements.
  • Maintain internal databases including master account list, counterparties, subsidiaries, company contacts, 3rd party contacts, etc.
  • Strengthen relationships with vendors, banking partners, and corporate and regional finance teams with effective and timely communication and follow up.
  • Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation including FBAR-related documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and archive proceedings.
  • Monitor daily emails and requests for the Group Treasury team, determine priority, complete requests timely or assign to an appropriate team member, and follow up until the request has been completed.
  • Provide support on special projects, reporting, or additional duties when needed.
