About The Position

The Treasury Facility Analyst I is responsible for making sure all loans get funded timely onto the warehouse facilities and tracking the cash movements from warehouse advance to final settlement Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $25.24 -$31.25 an hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of Warehouse Advance Facility or New Loan Origination experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel, for internal and external use.
• Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and/or process funding request with Warehouse Facilities.
• Reconcile changes in warehouse advance facility balances and the corresponding haircut accounts.
• Prepare and/or process timely remittance of upfront funding fees to insuring agency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
