This employee works alongside Sales Reps, Implementation/Support Reps, Customer Service Professionals, Product Managers, and Relationship Managers, assisting with a high volume of tasks including new product implementations, maintenance, research, reviews, and pricing. What you’ll do: This employee will interact with bank personnel across all lines of business and occasional direct client contact. They must be able to multitask various daily duties for multiple TM Officers, possess a keen attention to detail, and effectively manage changing priorities. Candidate must be able to adapt to technology changes. They must be able to work independently, and gain and apply knowledge of several information systems. Candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work requirements, use time efficiently, and always seek out opportunities to better support the sales staff.
