As we continue to evolve and scale, you will serve as a technical anchor within our Accounting & Treasury department, providing the steady leadership necessary to turn complexity into clarity. Why This Role Matters You won’t just be "managing cash", you will be the early warning system for our leadership team. By owning the weekly cash flow forecast and liquidity management, you ensure we make proactive, data-driven decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in professionalizing our processes, exploring automation, and elevating the skill sets of your direct reports (AP and Banking specialists). What You’ll Do Strategic Cash Management: Own the weekly cash flow forecast, including variance analysis and forward-looking scenario planning across multi-entity environments. Operational Oversight: Supervise the AP Supervisor and Banking specialists, ensuring month-end close, bank reconciliations, and payment runs are executed with precision. Process Excellence: Audit existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and control enhancements; review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a stabilizing force for the team. You will train, coordinate, and guide staff, fostering a culture of resilience and continuous learning. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the General Ledger team to support financial statement audits and ensure US GAAP compliance. Who You Are The Experienced Professional: You have 7–10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and accounting. You’ve seen "a bit of everything" and aren't easily rattled by shifting priorities or organizational changes. A Natural Mentor: You enjoy "teaching the ropes" to greener team members and have the patience and communication skills to lead through transitions. Technically Grounded: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A CPA is highly preferred, as you’ll need a deep understanding of how treasury activities flow into the general ledger. Systems Savvy: You are an Excel power user and comfortable with ERP systems (experience with Acumatica or OneStream is a major plus).
