About The Position

As our Treasury Services Relationship Specialist, you are accountable for providing product on-boarding, support, and administrative functions related to Treasury Services. Responsibilities include completing necessary product paperwork, resolving problems, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information and services. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and produce high-quality work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures – we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:15AM to 5:00PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two-plus years of banking experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Technical ability to readily learn and adapt to new software and technology.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer service contact for the suite of Treasury Service products.
  • Troubleshoot problems and find solutions for various Treasury Service supported products.
  • Adhere to Mabrey’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
  • Maintain knowledge to best assist and educate our customers.
  • Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.
