Requirements

  • Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems
  • A true team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians
  • Ensure patients and prospective patients receive a world-class experience, from greeting to treatment
  • Maintain operational efficiency through precise scheduling and communication with the clinical and administrative teams
  • Manage the patient intake process, including forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures
  • Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps
  • Support the General Manager with administrative duties such as deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success
