Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Show up on time and follow instructions reliably.
- Be ready and willing to be trained in all aspects of tree work, including safe tree climbing and aerial lift operation.
- Consistently use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and encourage proper use among team members.
- Learn and perform ground-based tree work tasks while progressing toward climbing and aerial lift responsibilities.
