Job Description: JOB DETAILS: LOCATION: Pacific Cancer Care – 5 Harris Ct., Suite 201, Monterey, CA 93940 SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (in person preferred, remote/hybrid considered) SALARY RANGE: $43.00–$58.00/hour, commensurate with experience REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Operations START DATE: February 2026 BENEFITS: Benefit-eligible position, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan (401k) OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW: Pacific Cancer Care (PCC) is seeking an organized, disciplined, and compassionate Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Monterey team. This role is critical in managing chemotherapy side effects and oncological emergencies through telephone and in-person triage assessments. The Triage RN determines optimal patient management (ER, clinic, homecare), coordinates follow-up care, and provides patient education in accordance with established protocols. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, skilled in oncology nursing, and able to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members across multiple channels (phone, email, Zoom/Teams).
