About The Position

We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urology to: Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart. Determine patient care needs by use of the Nursing Process as a framework for assessment and clinical decision making. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.   Provide education and guidance to patients and families. Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
