As a Tribute Secure Caregiver Associate, you'll be supported, valued, and trusted while enjoying the consistency of guaranteed weekly pay and the peace of mind that comes with a more dependable schedule. This role is designed for caregivers who want more reliable hours and are comfortable traveling where care is needed most. Drivers are required, and caregivers in this role must be able to travel up to 30 miles for client visits. Here, your work is respected, your voice matters, and your commitment is recognized. In exchange for your commitment to be available for visits on your assigned days, you will receive 40 guaranteed hours of pay each week, even if your full schedule is not booked.

Requirements

Valid driver's license required
Must be comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits
Must be available for 12-hour daytime visits at least 4 days per week, including 1 weekend day
A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skill
CPR certification
Negative TB test
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
