About The Position

AllTerra is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Trimble Business Center (TBC) Specialist to join our Advanced Technology Team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical partner to our customers, helping them optimize their field and office workflows using Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, and related geospatial technologies.
This position is ideal for an experienced surveying or construction professional who enjoys problem-solving, teaching others, and staying current with emerging industry technology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in the construction or land surveying industry.
• Expertise with Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, RTK, VRS, Static GNSS workflows, robotic and conventional total stations, and scanning workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultation and support for Trimble Business Center (TBC) and Trimble Access (TA) via phone, online sessions, and in-person visits.
• Document all customer interactions and technical support activities.
• Train customers on new and existing Trimble features, capabilities, and workflows.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously build technical skills.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, internal technical staff, and sales teams.
• Support clients enrolled in AllTerra’s paid technical support programs.
• Develop instructional content, including videos and monthly online training sessions or webinars.
• Learn and support all TBC modules (Scanning, Corridors, Drafting, Mobile Mapping) and TA applications (Roads, Pipelines).
• Share technical updates, solutions, and best practices with internal teams.
• Contribute quarterly technical tips to AllTerra’s Technical Newsletter.
• Assist the technical team with additional projects or tasks as needed.
