Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver to transport materials to and from customer sites. This role involves live loading and/or swapping roll-off containers, coordinating daily routes with Dispatch, and ensuring loads are safely transported and weighed at the yard. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-driven, and committed to safe driving practices.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Working knowledge of state and federal motor carrier regulations
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience
  • Roll-off driving experience required

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport materials to and from designated customer and company locations
  • Pick up full roll-off containers and unload them at approved disposal or delivery sites
  • Secure all loads in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Maintain regular communication with Dispatch to receive assignments and report trip numbers
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
