As a Customer Experience Leader at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Wilmington, MA, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales. No experience? No problem! We offer full training to help you succeed. You will participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid standard driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver WOW Service: WOW customers with your friendly attitude and high-quality service.
- Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Team up with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
- Junk Removal: Perform physical tasks such as lifting junk (up to 50 lbs) from residential and commercial properties.
- Sales Advocacy: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally, provide accurate estimates, and exceed customer expectations.
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
