About The Position

Richco Structures, in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking motivated candidates for their Truss Plant. What does the job entail? Move precut lumber to work area by cart. Lift and lay precut lumber onto building tables Follow blueprint specifications to make a completed truss Set jig plates on table Hammer connector plates Run truss through stacking machine Label and band trusses Utilize hammers, saws pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts.

Requirements

• Previous experience is helpful - but not required. We Train!
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per work shift
• Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

• Move precut lumber to work area by cart
• Lift and lay precut lumber onto building tables
• Follow blueprint specifications to make a completed truss
• Set jig plates on table
• Hammer connector plates
• Run truss through stacking machine
• Label and band trusses
• Utilize hammers, saws pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts
