About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Fiduciary Specialist Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com) In this role, you will: Facilitate review and approval of trust distributions; initiate, review, and approve directed trades on non-managed custodial accounts; work with key stakeholders on the set up and maintenance to ensure compensation for trust relationships; work with key stakeholders to ensure the set-up of online access and ensure that client distributions are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law. Engage stakeholders, clients, advisors and internal partners to deliver a high-touch client experience within a strong risk management framework. Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, money movement approvals, pledge coding and maintenance, and account maintenance. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and control development. Act as a thought leader and culture carrier for the firm to influence outcomes and build an inclusive, collaborative and client-focused environment for our fiduciary professionals.
