About The Position
Temp To Full-Time Tumble Operator This is a temp-to-hire position located in Walhalla, SC working on 3rd Shift from 11:00PM-7:00AM. Pay Rate is $22.65/hr. Competitive benefits are offered through ETCON Employment Solutions at the time of hire. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Start up, operate and shut down all equipment in the Finish Department, including the vibratory lines, burnisher, and several different types of dryers. Will be responsible for unloading parts from dryers. Perform housekeeping as required to keep the area clean. Complete all necessary paperwork. Adhere to company policies and regulations according to safety and environmental issues. Deliver parts from each operation in the Finish Department to the appropriate internal customer. Perform preventative maintenance for vibratory lines and burnisher. Load parts, add media, set chemical cycles and unload the vibratory bowls on to the conveyors into the dryers for the vibratory line. Load parts, add media, and unload parts in the burnisher. Perform quality checks for finishing operation. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work overtime as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED or SC Work Keys will be considered. Work Environment/Physical Demands: Job requires lifting up to 40 pounds. 22.65 Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or SC Work Keys will be considered. Must have a minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
