The Operations Manager is vital in meeting the expectations and needs of customers related to the production process. This expectation can only be met by efficiently and sustainably leading, hiring, organizing, training, and coaching high-performance work teams who are charged with operating and maintaining high-speed beverage production and packing equipment. The Operations Manager ensures that all safety, quality, and food safety standards are met while relentlessly removing waste from the operation by applying appropriate lean tools and practices. The Operations Manager directly impacts the bottom line of the operation by ensuring that the equipment is maintained and operated using standardized work systems and practices that improve productivity, by interacting with all areas of the Plant and the Company, while operating within or below budget. The Operations Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager.
