About The Position

We are looking for an Electrician to join Resolution UG Operations & Maintenance team which is responsible for the safe maintenance and operation of the existing physical assets, consisting of a deep shaft, multiple mine levels and associated equipment and infrastructure. This role is a great opportunity to become part of The Resolution Copper Company that is located in the historical Pioneer Mining District, 60 miles east of Phoenix, Arizona. Reporting to the UG Electrical Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Electrical certifications
  • 5+ years of electrical experience, with an emphasis on operations and maintenance
  • Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Universal HVAC Certification
  • Be a team player who contributes and works with others to accomplish quality results

Responsibilities

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Perform maintenance tasks on equipment and plant systems, both underground and surface, on a shift work basis
  • Ensure work management activities are undertaken in line with work orders and job instructions
  • Identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance, raising notifications, and completing work orders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of MSHA, OSHA and ASMI regulations
