  • Shape user interfaces by applying core principles of user-centered design to create engaging experiences.
  • Articulate design concepts and visual strategies, communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Document design intent clearly to ensure understanding across the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to validate design decisions grounded in real user needs.
  • Lead internal planning and review sessions, guiding creative direction and fostering design discussions.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure final products deliver intended user experiences.
  • Present thoughtful design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback through iterative processes.
  • Build and refine user interfaces for web applications, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
  • Develop storyboards, user flows, and visual artifacts to communicate interaction models.
  • Contribute to improving design processes and workflows, sharing best practices for continuous growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong foundation in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience designing for accessibility to ensure inclusive solutions.
  • Proficient in Figma and other industry-standard tools.
  • Ability to apply UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.
  • Experience delivering high-fidelity prototypes and clear documentation.
  • Working knowledge of responsive design and systems thinking.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cooperative environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
