About The Position

UI/UX Designer C² Technologies seeks a UI/UX Designer to collaborate with instructional designers, web developers, and content editors to design responsive user interfaces for web-based training products. The UI/UX Designer will also ensure optimal user experience by applying principles of graphic design, user-centered design, accessibility, and information architecture. This is an onsite or hybrid position. Summary: The UI/UX Designer will design user interfaces for a variety of products, including responsive web pages, online courses, and games. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and interactive user experiences.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in web design, graphic design, user interface design, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with eLearning courseware and learning management systems.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe CC.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop accessible user interfaces for web pages and other training products.

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to support the design process.
