Craft a resume that recruiters will want to see with Teal's resume Matching Mode

As an experienced UI Designer with solid UX knowledge, you will be responsible for the design and development of the user interface for our internal platform and its associated applications. You will play a key role in defining the visual architecture, ensuring that the products meet user expectations while adhering to the technical and functional constraints of the energy industry. You will work closely with functional architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience. The energy transition, particularly the decarbonization of electricity, is leading to a growing share of distributed renewable energy in the energy mix. This shift requires increased flexibility, posing new challenges for grid operators to ensure safe and resilient operation of the transmission system. One of the key drivers of this transition is the digital transformation of the power grid, specifically through the digitization of automated protection and control functions. In this context, the management of an ever-evolving product portfolio and the growing demand for predictive maintenance are significantly impacting all software solutions for grid management, with a focus on hardware-agnostic, OS-agnostic, and virtualization technologies.
