Summary: The User Experience Designer Lead within the Product team will be responsible for crafting, designing, and implementing UI/UX experiences for an ecosystem of digital products used by our client and recipient end users. You will work individually, and alongside Product and Technology teams to achieve goals aligned with departmental and company initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand our users, clients, and the company’s overall business positioning. This role will report to the Director of User Experience in the Product Team. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
