What You’ll Do Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings Create research reports, journey maps, personas, and user insights documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations Participate in design critiques and product discussions Contribute to improving research processes, documentation, and best practices Who You Are Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Forms, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred What We Offer Paid internship experience Founder and leadership speaker sessions Dedicated mentorship and cross-functional networking Industry and market education sessions Career development workshops (resume review, mock interviews, interview prep) Team-building events and intern socials Lunch & Learns with company leaders In-office perks including snacks and beverages Equal Employment Opportunity TensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field
- Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design
- Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
