About The Position

As a Unarmed Security Officer - Manufacturing Site in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related issues. You will respond to requests, document observations, and deliver customer service with clear communication. Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery entry requirements in accordance with site rules, directing individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely notifications to site contacts and/or public responders when required.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document observations during patrols, and communicate shift activity and/or noteworthy events to the next officer and site leadership.
