About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Underground Wet Utilities Foreman to oversee our team and ensure the successful, safe, and high-quality delivery of our utility projects. Core Responsibilities As the Foreman, you will be the backbone of our field operations, managing everything from project planning to crew leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in underground wet utilities construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems; proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budgets.
Deep understanding of construction best practices and safety regulations (OSHA).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in Construction or Safety Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to the wet utilities crew, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Manage project lifecycles including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to ensure everyone goes home safe.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain top-tier workmanship.
Manage equipment maintenance, procurement, and maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
Proactively identify project bottlenecks and develop solutions to minimize disruptions.
