About The Position

Chubb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Underwriter
to join our team
in Denver, Colorado. This role is responsible for underwriting and managing a
portfolio of technology-related risks, including but not limited to IT services,
software development, telecommunications, and emerging technologies. The
Technology Underwriter will play a critical role in driving profitable growth,
building strong broker relationships, and delivering tailored insurance
solutions to meet the unique needs of technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and underwrite complex technology risks in accordance with Chubb’s underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.
• Manage and grow a profitable book of business by identifying opportunities for new and renewal accounts within the technology sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to understand their needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to assess risks and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including claims, risk engineering, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with brokers to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes.
• Ensure all underwriting activities comply with Chubb’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
