Requirements

  • Proficient in; MS Word, Excel, math skills, analytical skills, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation preferred
  • 2+ years in the Worker's Compensation Underwriting considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Clearing submissions, rating new & renewal quotes, processing policies and endorsements within written guidelines
  • Process premium audits
  • Manually bill premium for premium bearing transactions
  • Pull files and prepare loss runs
  • Set up new business files, handle outstanding receivables
  • Clerical/admin support for the Safety & Loss Control department
  • Interact with agents/brokers, Chubb Custom Market and WC insurance boards and bureaus and audit department as needed
