The Unified Communications Analyst I shall provide first-line support for all aspects of the organization's unified communications systems, including voice, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration technologies. This role requires a basic technical background in end-user communication technologies and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintenance. This individual will focus on providing excellent customer service to end-users and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure availability, reliability, and security of services in compliance with organizational policies. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
