About The Position

We are seeking a Unified Communications Associate Engineer to: Support & Operations: Provide day-to-day support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of unified communications systems including voice, video, collaboration tools, mobile/soft phones, email, and voicemail, while meeting SLAs and participating in on-call rotation. Technical Implementation: Assist with the design, configuration, upgrades, and implementation of UC systems and integrations (e.g., telephony, ACD, video conferencing, wireless, and email) under guidance of senior engineers. Service Delivery & Improvement: Own service delivery tasks such as incident management, MACs (moves, adds, changes), documentation, system monitoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration & Customer Support: Work with internal teams and end users to gather requirements, recommend solutions, train users, and coordinate resources to deliver reliable, business-appropriate communication solutions. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Required
  • Two (2) years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in technology Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics or Monitoring Preferred
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent UC/Network Certification Preferred
