How you’ll make an impact in this role Acting as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and relaying vital information between families, physicians, and the Cardiovascular Intermediate Care medical team. Manage patient charts, organizing files, processing all administrative paperwork, assisting with the clerical side of admissions, transfers, and discharges. Assist doctors and nurses with medical software, help navigate digital healthcare programs, assist with work orders. Stocking supplies, tracking and purchasing supplies and equipment, taking oxygen tanks down to the loading dock to restock, and assisting with any other request or special projects that may be needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
