Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Unit Clerk position. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring supplies and par levels to support daily operations in our assisted living neighborhood. Manages daily clinical staffing, ensures budgetary compliance for both staffing and supplies, tracks and validates charges prior to billing, and conducts routine audits of medical records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure regulatory compliance. Reviews, compiles, and maintains resident records in accordance with all state, federal, local, and company requirements. May perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months of clerical and/or administrative experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior scheduling experience is preferred
