The Clerk II is responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-organized Unit Office. The Clerk II performs moderately complex secretarial work involving answering correspondence, distributing mail, maintaining records and filing and preparing routine reports. The Clerk II functions as the Unit Receptionist and oversees the overall operation of the Unit office. Under the direction of the Unit Director, The Clerk II works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. The Clerk II must be able to read, type and write reports in English.
