About The Position

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a strong and compassionate Unit Manager to lead our nursing team within our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership. This position plays a key role in supporting staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining a positive and professional environment for residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff
• Knowledge of LTC regulations and survey processes preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations for the assigned unit
• Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor documentation, physician orders, and medication administration
• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
