About The Position

Reporting to the clinical manager or designee, with accountability to the other caregivers enters department specific patient treatments/charges to facilitate management of the patient healthcare record. Assists the care team in coordinating patient activities and services. Assists in coordinating communication and resources between care team, physicians, patients and family members. In ancillary areas, may coordinate and schedule department specific patient procedures in the hospital’s scheduling system. May require 1:1 to a patient.

Requirements

The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of High School or the equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Minimum one-year data or order entry experience using a computer preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
