About the position

The Unity Product Consultant for Wealth Services designs practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives. Foster strong client relationships by leveraging subject matter expertise to define consulting engagements and resolve complex design and strategic challenges. Lead the resolution of intricate and unique issues, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the client experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. product management, development, sales, executive leadership) to support successful solution design, sales strategies, and future product innovations. Establish thought leadership by building strategic networks with key decision-makers and representing FIS in executive-level client engagements. Proactively identify and address business, technological, and regulatory challenges, recommending enhancements to processes, products, or services. Support pre-sales efforts by partnering with Sales and Account Management to develop proposals, negotiate pricing, plan engagements, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Mentor and train team members, fostering the growth of Wealth Managed Services expertise across the organization. Travel as needed to client locations to support engagement success and relationship development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in wealth management or financial technology.
  • Strong track record of cultivating and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Widely regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in wealth management.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and executive-level presence.
  • Demonstrated leadership in defining and implementing service offerings.
  • Advanced financial planning and management expertise.
