About the position

Boston Scientific's Renal Denervation Franchise is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to execute global upstream activities and play a pivotal role in formulating a high-impact global product launch strategy. Key responsibilities for the Group Marketing Manager include contributing to the strategic direction for the Renal Denervation Franchise, meeting with customers to assess and address unmet needs, leveraging portfolio management skills to drive prioritization and shape the next-generation pipeline, managing product life cycles, and working cross-functionally to define and execute portfolio strategies. This role will also be responsible for building a high-performing upstream marketing team dedicated to advancing our strategy in renal denervation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop an upstream marketing team by recruiting top talent, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering continuous development.
  • Establish deep understanding of market dynamics, clinical environments, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and execute launch plans with global partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and decision-makers.
  • Support additional renal denervation related development activities for future product generations and accessory portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing or strategy.
  • Medical device product launch experience.
  • Proven track record of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across internal and external audiences.
  • Travel up to 30% domestically and globally.
