Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate the planning and execution of frontline and catalogue marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain the local concert and promo calendar and ticket allocations.
  • Manage guest lists and tickets for concerts and events, and arrange travel and schedules for artist promo.
  • Manage relationships with press partners, fulfilling requests for products, assets and other deliverables.
  • Keep track of record placements on the Billboard charts and respond to requests from the Billboard team.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, Warner Classics UK & North America.
  • Support in the creation of engaging content for social media.
  • Raise and process purchase orders and prepare expense reports for the VP.
  • Help develop creative briefs for marketing assets.
  • Maintain digital records and ensure all assets are saved and accessible.
  • Review orders and fulfillment, and audit product pages on e-commerce sites.
  • Suggest ideas for artist signings and recording opportunities.
  • Represent the label at concerts and events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues based in London, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, Brussels and New York.
  • Strengthen relationships with other WMG departments and external industry partners.

Requirements

  • Passionate about music, with an interest in classical music.
  • Some experience in marketing or the music industry.
  • Organized, good at working to tight deadlines, and have great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and change direction as needed.
  • Keep up with trends on social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Willing to attend artist events outside of regular working hours.
  • Creative, a team player, with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design and photo/video editing.
  • Familiarity with Google Work Space.
  • Knowledge of classical music artists and repertoire.
