We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth execution of our paid advertising campaigns by managing the organization of ad assets, coordinating with creative teams, and trafficking approved ads to our media agencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at deadline management, and has a sharp eye for detail. Manage media assets for all US Open campaigns, including ticket sales, Fan Week, hospitality, Finals Fan Fest & Afterparty, digital growth, and the US Open Shop eCommerce business. Maintain a tracker for all paid media campaigns, including player inclusion, budget and tracking codes. Organize creative needs and files, ensuring all assets are properly documented and ready for distribution. Collaborate with the creative team to collect required assets and ensure they meet campaign specifications. Track creative development progress to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for ads. Work closely with our traditional agency, digital agency, and social team, ensuring cohesive execution and timely asset delivery for all campaign elements. Coordinate the trafficking and delivery of media assets to agencies and partners, ensuring accurate and timely delivery Collect, organize and distribute ticket sales and campaign metrics, tracking and analyzing new targeting strategies to maximize fan engagement and conversion. Provide marketing support for the Fan Access Pass program, including organizing project management, data tracking and overall support. Support Marketing Director as needed, including hospitality marketing organization and broader campaign projects and objectives. Travel Demands: There may be occasional travel for related agency meetings, ad shoots and events/meetings as requested and approved by the Managing Director, PT Marketing & Entertainment This is a seasonal hybrid role, expected to start in April and end on October 1, 2026. The position requires flexibility to work on-site at the Westchester office, Times Square office, and the National Tennis Center as needed.
