Our flagship product, TalentFlow, acts as an AI-powered intelligence layer that helps corporate talent teams source, match, rank, and screen candidates more effectively. Rather than replacing existing Applicant Tracking Systems, TalentFlow enhances and unlocks the value of existing recruitment tech stacks, helping organizations hire faster, improve quality of hire, and increase recruiter productivity. We work with enterprise and mid-market organizations globally that want to modernise their Talent Acquisition strategy using AI. The Role DaXtra is looking for a high-energy Sales Executive with experience selling ATS, recruitment technology, or HR tech solutions into corporate Talent Acquisition teams. You will engage senior buyers across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting leadership who are already investing in hiring technology and are looking to improve hiring outcomes through AI and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the future of AI in recruiting, understands the Talent Acquisition landscape, and enjoys building relationships and generating their own pipeline in a fast-growing market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling ATS, recruitment software, or HR technology
  • Strong understanding of corporate Talent Acquisition and recruiting processes
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder HR buying groups
  • Passion for AI, recruitment technology, and the future of hiring
  • Ability to position solutions within existing HR tech ecosystems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, UKG, or SuccessFactors
  • Experience selling AI-driven or data-centric recruiting solutions
  • Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Sell DaXtra’s AI-powered SaaS solutions to corporate HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Position TalentFlow as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS platforms
  • Run consultative discovery conversations around sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with real recruiting workflows
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close
  • Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful deals.
